Description
This is the most vibrant maple tree I have ever seen! It is surrounded by autumn's beautiful variety of greens and golds, which just made this glowing red tree POP before my eyes.
The autumn scene was captured on November 3rd, 2005, in the 100 block of Grampian Boulevard in Williamsport, Pennsylvania, USA.
This image was shot with a Canon EOS DSLR / Canon EF 17-40mm f/4L lens. The focal length was 23mm, ISO was set at 100 with an f/8 aperture and shutter speed of 1/250 sec. The camera was mounted on a Manfrotto tripod and 222 joystick ball head.

Thank you most kindly, Richard! This yard looked so stunning I was very late for a business meeting. I just had to catch the shot before the light changed. Best wishes, Gene
