Description
The Waters Meet Point is where the two main tributaries of Kitchen Creek converge in Ricketts Glen. All three of the "Waterfall Trails" also come together at this landmark. The Ganoga Glen and Glen Leigh trails merge here to become the lower hiking trail that takes you to the trail head along Rt-118.
These images show the view up Glen Leigh, from the only man-made rest bench in the wilderness area. From here, you can see Wyandot Falls in the distance with two "un-named" waterfalls in the foreground.
I have captured a full set of photographs of all of the "named" waterfalls in Ricketts Glen, as they appear in all four seasons. This series will feature each of the falls in photo montage, showing the seasonal views that I have collected over recent years.
Ricketts Glen State Park is located at the junction of RT-118 and RT 487 in Fairmount Township, Pennsylvania, USA. The nearest town is Red Rock, PA, about half way between Williamsport and Wilkes Barre, PA.

What a difference it makes with the snow and the red autumn colors! Really dramatic:) f/v
Gene Walls replied:
Thank you so much, Eti! The dramatic seasonal differences are what inspired me to do this series of collages. The changes make some sites look like it's not even the same place. Kindest wishes, Gene
