Description
There is nobody living in the "Forgotten Farmhouse" anymore. No families have lived here for many, many years. No one is there to decorate for Christmas, but it still stands in the middle of the field, unadorned for all these years.
This photograph was taken in December of 2009. The Forgotten Farmhouse is located east of Clarkstown in north central Pennsylvania, USA. The shot was captured from Upper Bartlow Road, where it meets Ridge Lane in Lycoming County.
This photo was shot with a Canon EOS 10D DSLR camera through a Canon EF 35-350mm f/3.5-5.6L telephoto zoom lens at the 100mm focal length. The shutter speed was 1/60th sec at f/16. The camera's ISO was set to 100. A Manfrotto tripod was used with a remote shutter release.

It definitely was a cold one, Richard. That's just the reality of winter in our neck of the woods. Thank you very much! Kindest regards, Gene

Thank you most kindly, Eti! I guess people have had enough of winter for a while. It took forever for the cold weather to end here. Best wishes, Gene
