Description
The Forgotten Farmhouse at sunrise on a very cold winter's morning.
This farm is located in north central Pennsylvania along Bartlow Road, near the village of Clarkstown, PA, USA. It is in the heart of the rural Muncy Valley farming region. The photo was taken from the highest point on the field above the farmhouse.
This photo was taken early the morning, December 6th, 2009, with a Canon EOS 10D DSLR camera through a Canon EF 35-350mm f/3.5-5.6L telephoto zoom lens at the 95mm focal length. The shutter speed was 1/250th sec at f/16, ISO 100. A Manfrotto tripod was used with a Manfrotto pistol-grip head.

Looks like an aerial capture until reading the discription, nicely composed! v/f
Gene Walls replied:
Thank you so much, Jack! It almost felt like I could have been flying from this vantage point. The wind on the ridge makes it seem possible at times. Kindest regards, Gene
